Bring machine health and critical operating conditions into one view.
Injection molding machines rely on motors, pumps, cooling circuits, and stable operating conditions. A change in motor load, reduced cooling-water flow, pressure variation, rising temperature, or abnormal vibration can be difficult to connect when readings are scattered across local displays and manual checks. Maintenance teams need a clear view of developing changes before they disrupt production.
The UptimeIQ solution
UptimeIQ connects current, flow, pressure, temperature, and vibration measurements in custom dashboards. Current sensors follow selected motor or pump loads. Flow sensors monitor cooling-water circuits, while pressure sensors track selected hydraulic or utility lines where applicable. Temperature sensors follow cooling supply and return, hydraulic oil, or accessible equipment surfaces. Vibration sensors track motors, pumps, and suitable bearing locations. Wired or wireless connections, configured alerts, and cloud or on-premise dashboards are selected to fit the machine and plant.
Five measurements. One connected view.
Current
Selected motors and hydraulic-pump drives
Follow load trends and investigate changes against the machine’s normal operating pattern.
Flow
Selected mold cooling-water supply or return circuits
Bring reduced or interrupted coolant flow to the team’s attention.
Pressure
Hydraulic or utility lines, where applicable
Track pressure trends and configured limits at critical points.
Temperature
Cooling supply and return, hydraulic oil, or equipment surfaces
Identify temperature changes that warrant investigation.
Vibration
Motors, pumps, and suitable bearing locations
Follow mechanical condition trends using baselines suited to the machine’s operating states.
Monitoring points and alert settings are selected for each machine. These measurements support maintenance decisions; they do not replace the machine’s controls, interlocks, or process-quality checks.
What the application delivers
- Visibility into machine load and cooling conditions
- Alerts for low flow, pressure changes, and temperature excursions
- Vibration trends that help teams investigate equipment changes
- Shared information for troubleshooting and maintenance planning
Start with a critical machine and the conditions that matter most to production. UptimeIQ can help select measurement points, sensor ranges, alert thresholds, and useful dashboard views.
