Contact and trial requests

When you submit an inquiry, the name, email address, company, optional phone number, application details, and choices you enter are sent to UptimeIQ through Netlify Forms. UptimeIQ uses these details to review and respond to your request. Please do not submit passwords, confidential production records, or sensitive personal information.

Optional browser drafts

If you select “Save a draft in this browser,” your entries are stored locally on the device while you complete the form. Deselect the option to remove the draft. A successful submission clears the draft. Sample alert acknowledgments in the interactive demo are also saved in this browser; use Reset demo to clear them. You can remove local data using your browser’s site-data controls.

Hosting and analytics

Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions. Hosting and spam-prevention services may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. This website does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.

Demonstration content

Dashboard readings, thresholds, assets, alerts, and application layouts are illustrative and are not connected to live equipment. Some industrial motor, equipment-gallery, and silo images are generated illustrations; stock imagery does not represent UptimeIQ customer installations. Sensor selection, installation, trial scope, and integration requirements are confirmed for each project.
